Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in Career and Technical Education’s role and purpose
• Familiarity and knowledge of the current “Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21^st Century Act” and the MN State Plan for grant implementation
• Ability to track costs and monitor budget across cost centers
• Customer service skills coupled with communication skills to create a collaborative and welcoming presence in workgroups, teams, and with external partners

Carl Perkins Secondary Coordinator will be a qualified individual who appreciates career and technical education purposes and supports applied learning for CTE students. The Secondary Coordinator for the Perkins Central Lakes Consortium manages the Perkins V, for 22 secondary school districts.
