    On May 1st, Paula Peterson and Tammy Miller were recognized at Sourcewell's, Educators/Pillars of Excellence Banquet. 

    Paula is our Educator of Excellence and Tammy is our Pillar of Excellence! 

    Much deserved for both of these outstanding Freshwater employees.

    The Academies are fundraising for a COMFORT dog! 

    The Freshwater Academies are currently raising funds for the purchase of a school COMFORT dog through Interquest Cares.
    The funds will be used for the purchase, supplies, insurance, grooming and veterinary services of the dog.

  • What happens when you combine a beekeeper, an Industrial Arts teacher, and forward-thinking staff together with students who are struggling to see high school graduation as a priority? Freshwater Education District’s Wadena ALC gives kids innovative, hands-on experiences to help encourage non-traditional student engagement and ultimately help more students graduate.
