Todd County Collaborative

The Todd County Collaborative for Children and Families was created in 1994 and has provided early intervention and prevention to children in Todd County.
The Joint Powers Organization made up of School Districts, Public Health, Social Services, Corrections, Head Start Agencies and Collaborative Partners that participate in the Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS) to generate revenue for programs that it provides.
Over the years the Todd County Collaborative for Children and Families has provided funding for programs such as: Parent Mentor, Police Liaison, Kinship, Proud to be a Parent, Parent Partnership Project and the current FACTS Program (Families And Communities Together with Schools) that operates in all five (5) of the Todd County School Districts.For more information contact: Nate Hibbs at nhibbs@fed.k12.mn.us or (320) 760-5591.
